Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your GitHub gear, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring the return slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
